Sarah Johnson

Sarah is a 4th year PhD student working on machine learning methods for analyzing single-cell genomic data. Her research aims to identify disease biomarkers and develop personalized treatment strategies.

Research Focus

Sarah’s dissertation research focuses on developing interpretable machine learning models for:

  • Single-cell RNA sequencing analysis
  • Patient stratification in cancer genomics
  • Biomarker discovery for rare diseases
